Key Responsibilities:

• Attrition Management:

  Analyze trends, identify gaps, and partner with managers to reduce attrition.

• Employee Engagement:

  Plan and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

• Onboarding & Induction:

  Ensure smooth onboarding experience and conduct induction sessions for new joiners.

• Offboarding:

  Manage exit process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance.

• Attendance & Leave Management:

  Oversee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking.

• HR Operations Support:

  Partner with teams to address day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in HR operations or HRBP role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to

  travel twice a month

  to other locations.
• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
