HRBP Specialist

Role description

Experience: 3-6 Years

Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support departmental and company objectives
Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, internal mobility) to provide insights for decision-makingSupport change management initiatives including organizational changes, capability building, and culture developmentAct as a coach and guide to employees and managers, promoting a culture of respect and mentorship in line with company leadership principles

Talent Management & Development

Support core talent processes: onboarding, goal setting, performance management, feedback systems, and career development planning
Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives

Employee Relations & Culture

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy clarification
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programsConduct stay and exit interviews, helping develop retention strategiesHelp streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and in accordance with legal requirements

Qualifications & Skills

3-6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or generalist role
Experience supporting employee populations of 300-500+Background in IT services, consulting, or technology companies (minimum 2 years)Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field

Preferred:

MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusFamiliarity with HRIS systems, HR analytics tools, and employment lawExperience in tech or analytics industry
