Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Your role will involve driving talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting operational effectiveness to contribute to a high-performance culture within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies supporting departmental and company objectives. - Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, internal mobility) to provide insights for decision-making. - Support change management initiatives including organizational changes, capability building, and culture development. - Act as a coach and guide to employees and managers, promoting a culture of respect and mentorship aligned with company leadership principles. - Support core talent processes such as onboarding, goal setting, performance management, feedback systems, and career development planning. - Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives. - Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy clarification. - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. - Conduct stay and exit interviews to help develop retention strategies. - Help streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and in accordance with legal requirements. Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or generalist role. - Experience supporting employee populations of 300-500+. - Background in IT services, consulting, or technology companies for a minimum of 2 years. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related field. Additional Details: Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR analytics tools, and employment law is preferred. Experience in the tech or analytics industry would be advantageous.,
