About the Role:

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Help screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


Requirements:

  • Graduate with an MBA .
  • Hold 0-2 years of experience in HR department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
