HRBP Intern

In this role at Ruvimo, as an HRBP Intern, you will be supporting HR Business Partners in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include hiring, tutor workforce management, performance coordination, and HR analytics. This role is fast-paced, requiring you to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate constantly. If you are energized by strategic recruiting, assessing teaching talent, and working at a startup pace, you will thrive in this environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in end-to-end hiring for tutors globally and internal roles. - Source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. - Support tutor recruitment drives and evaluations. - Maintain hiring dashboards and reports. - Support day-to-day HR operations for tutors and staff. - Assist with onboarding and documentation. - Track tutor performance metrics such as attendance, quality, and ratings. - Support engagement and retention initiatives. - Assist in planning engagement programs and communication campaigns. - Coordinate performance cycles, goal tracking, and feedback. - Prepare HR and hiring dashboards. - Conduct research and data analysis. **Qualifications:** - Pursuing Bachelor's/Masters in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets and HR tools. - Organized, proactive, and adaptable. - Interest in EdTech/tutoring is a plus.
