About the Job
We are looking for an HRBP Assistant Manager to partner with business leaders and focus on driving people processes, enhancing the employee experience, ensuring performance management, and supporting compliance across the site. The successful candidate must also be flexible to work across all shifts.
As HRBP Assistant Manager, You Will…
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, performance, and employee concerns.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: New hire induction, confirmation, performance reviews, employee connects, and exit management.
- Drive employee engagement, learning completion, and policy adherence.
- Manage Employee Relations cases, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure timely closure with documentation.
- Partner with operations to support performance management, attendance discipline, productivity, and redeployment.
- Track HR metrics (attrition, UA, warning letters) and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and the company's code of conduct.
As HRBP Assistant Manager, You Need…
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience and 5 years of overall experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with internal customers.
- Ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in leadership development and performance management.
- Resilient attitude and demonstrated adaptability.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make principled judgment calls.
