Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with business leaders to understand company goals and align HR strategies accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation. Talent Management & Acquisition Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility programs. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Jio Finance as an employer of choice. Employee Relations & Engagement Build a strong employee connect through regular interactions and feedback mechanisms. Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Drive engagement programs, pulse surveys, and action plans to enhance workplace culture. Performance Management & Learning Implement performance management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture. Identify skill gaps and work with L&D teams to design relevant training programs. Facilitate leadership development initiatives and mentorship programs. HR Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Update HR policies as per industry standards and business needs. Oversee audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes.
