Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee training sessions.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Support senior trainers in preparing training materials and presentations.
  • Help in collecting feedback and maintaining training records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to schedule training programs.
  • Learn and understand HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply 0-1 year ).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in training, learning, and people development.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
