Career Growth Path

• 45 Days Training – Focused on recruitment fundamentals (with stipend).
• Post Training: 6-Month Paid Internship in IT Recruitment.
• Full-Time Role: High-performing interns will be offered the position of HR Executive – Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment data and trackers using Excel and HR tools
• Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates
• Support in building a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in HR (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and HR tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be comfortable with on-site work in Mohali, Punjab
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn recruitment best practices
