HR Trainee

We’re looking for a motivated and well-spoken HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is perfect for MBA-HR freshers who want to build a strong foundation in HR by gaining hands-on experience in a real-time IT environment.

Career Path:

• 45 Days Training – With stipend
• On successful completion, promotion to 6-month HR Internship
• Based on performance, will be considered for a Full-Time HR Executive role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, and scheduling
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Help in HR operations, employee record-keeping, and Excel maintenance
• Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in HR (Freshers welcome)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working from Mohali, Punjab (on-site)
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
