Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Support HR team in organizing training and development programs.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help with drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of employee information.
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
