HR

Role & responsibilities

  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Labor Welfare, etc.) related to time office data.
  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party vendors for manpower supply and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and other administrative materials.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport coordination as needed.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the factory/plant office.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance using biometric or time-tracking systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of in/out times, shifts, overtime, and leave.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and overtime reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Immediate joiners & 1 month notice period candidates.
  • Preferring both male & female applicants.
  • Strong knowledge of attendance and time-tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory HR compliances.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS/ERP tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
