HR Trainee

We’re looking for “CSR & Training Experience Lead”.

We’re looking for a dynamic and independent CSR & Training Experience Lead who is ready to take charge of Hoblie’s CSR programs, on-ground events, and training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

CSR Planning & Execution (Lead Role)

• Independently manage end-to-end CSR projects – from ideation to implementation

• Build and maintain relationships with CSR departments of corporates and NGOs

• Plan and create custom Hoblie kits for social impact, educational programs, or under-resourced communities

• Prepare impact reports, feedback documentation, and keep a clear trail of progress for corporate partners

Event & Training Coordination

• Plan and host Hoblie training sessions and experiences for corporates, employee engagement, or community programs

• Organize Hoblie Cafe events in different cities and manage all logistics end-to-end

• Coordinate in-house team training sessions and support onboarding through tutorial video creation

Creative & Operational Ownership

• Conceptualize new activity ideas, kits, and content that are suitable for CSR and group training

• Record or lead the creation of training videos and DIY tutorials

• Work independently on CSR-focused product development without needing constant team support

Requirement:

Excellent Hindi and English communication (verbal + written)

Confident trainer, host, and facilitator – loves engaging people

Passionate about crafts, DIY, community development, and training

Strong writing and coordination skills

Capable of managing projects independently and following through to completion

Education & Background:

• MSW / MBA (HR) or equivalent – though passion and aptitude matter more than degrees

• Previous experience with CSR programs, NGO coordination, or facilitation is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,750.50 - ₹35,767.86 per month
