About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
Support in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR events.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Help prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

Qualification: MBA / MHRM / BBA (HR specialization preferred).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced work environments.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
