  • Lead the implementation, upgradation, and maintenance of HRMS platforms across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and data accuracy.
  • Evaluate and introduce next-gen HR tools, including AI-driven applications that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Optimise HR processes through automation, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ensure best practices in system governance, compliance, and user adoption.

Key Skills

  • 5–6 years of experience in a progressive, mature organisation.
  • Proven track record of HRMS implementation and management (end-to-end experience is essential).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and data structures.
  • A tech enthusiast with curiosity about emerging AI tools and HR innovations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and related technology platforms.

Location: Chennai

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA
