Job Description

Lead the implementation, upgradation, and maintenance of HRMS platforms across the organisation.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and data accuracy.
Evaluate and introduce next-gen HR tools, including AI-driven applications that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Optimise HR processes through automation, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure best practices in system governance, compliance, and user adoption.

Key Skills

5–6 years of experience in a progressive, mature organisation.
Proven track record of HRMS implementation and management (end-to-end experience is essential).
Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and data structures.
A tech enthusiast with curiosity about emerging AI tools and HR innovations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and related technology platforms.

Location: Chennai

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA
