Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment for manufacturing requirements.
Identify and understand staffing needs specific to manufacturing operations.
Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
Engage actively with the shop floor teams to monitor and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Must be willing to work in shifts as required by the production schedule.
Female candidates are preferred.
Proficiency in the Gujarati language is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with shop floor teams.
Ability to manage recruitment and employee life cycle processes efficiently.
