We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As the recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring for various academic and non-academic positions. Previous experience in EdTech recruitment is advantageous. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating their onboarding. You will need to understand the staffing requirements for academic, non-academic, and business development roles. Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking will be a key part of your role. Additionally, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and managing recruitment trackers are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for drafting job descriptions, posting them on relevant platforms, conducting initial HR screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Moreover, you may be required to assist in other HR operational activities as needed. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. Previous experience in EdTech recruitment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective sourcing and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. In return, we offer a fixed monthly salary of 16,667 along with a fixed Sunday off every week.
