As an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Lenstrack, a rapidly growing optical retail and e-commerce brand, you will play a crucial role in leading recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement for offline retail stores, e-commerce, and accounts teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding optometrists, sales executives, store managers, digital marketing experts, logistics staff, and finance professionals. - Training & Development: Implementing onboarding programs for both retail and online teams, ensuring sales training for store staff. - Employee Engagement: Creating performance evaluation plans, incentives, and retention programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. - Strategic Growth: Supporting the company's expansion plans by overseeing hiring for new store openings and e-commerce expansion. In order to be successful in this role, Lenstrack is looking for candidates who possess: - Experience: A minimum of 2 years in HR & Talent Acquisition, preferably in optical retail, FMCG, or retail sectors. - Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Preferred: Prior experience in hiring for retail stores and e-commerce teams would be a plus.
