Position: HR Superindent Company: Ambe Healthcare Staffing Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Onsite) Salary: 15K to 20K (Negotiable) Per Month Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST Job Role: We are looking for an HR Superintendent to manage employee relations, oversee HR operations, and support recruitment & onboarding activities. The role requires strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR functions. Responsibilities: Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees. Maintain employee records, documents, and HRMS updates. Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking. Support employee engagement activities. Resolve employee queries and HR-related issues. Assist in policy implementation and compliance. Coordinate with management and various departments. Skills Required: Good communication skills. Basic MS Office knowledge. Strong organizational & people-handling skills. Knowledge of HR operations. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in HR is an added advantage.
