Job Description

HR Strategy: -

1. Drive defined strategic HR initiatives including HR policy framework & guidelines, roadmap, SLAs & deliveries in alignment with and overall business needs
2. Create portfolio of HR activities being done at MSIL including talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development initiatives
3. Establish data-driven project management framework aligned with PMO best practices and organizational strategy
4. Drive organizational structure changes across the organization to enable business readiness and continuous employee growth
5. Drive the delivery of all HR processes encompassing but not limited to policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance
6. Review periodical reports on resource utilization, team performance and project progress
7. Ensure documentation of budgets, project-wise, department-wise etc. for tracking of utilization
8. Identify opportunities and drive initiatives for process improvements within the PMO
9. Advise business on HR industry intelligence with respect to strategic HR processes, futuristic skills, talent landscape, best practices & key business trends
10. Review effectiveness of HR programs via internal control mechanisms and robust feedback/review

Stakeholder Coordination: -

1. Flag potential risks in ongoing projects to relevant stakeholders to ensure proactive resolution of the challenges
2. Communicate across multiple levels at MSIL, building trust and generating buy-in for the projects
3. Collaborate with Business, HR managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources
4. Review training content & capability building for COE Managers, HR professionals, HRBPs etc. and monitor impact

Vendor Management: -

1. Coordinate the vendor selection & payment process, including drafting and issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), payment approvals etc.
2. Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
3. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and budget allocation
4. Design vendor empanelment system and guidelines to maintain a track of vendors working with MSIL
5. Coordinate and onboard vendors executing projects at organizational level
