HR Strategy Intern

We are actively seeking exceptional and analytically sharp MBA graduates (current students or recent pass-outs) from Tier 1 institutions to join our Talent Management team.

The selected intern will work on a live project central to our Talent Management strategy, offering significant visibility and a pathway to professional development.

• Hybrid – 2 days work from office.
• Department – HR (Talent Management)
• Duration 3 months
• Currently pursuing MBA or MBA pass out in HR or Analytics Specialization
• Current pass outs (batch of 2023-2025) or batch of 2024-2026
• Basic Requirements – Valid Management entrance test score, X>85%, xii>80%,Graduation GPA>8.5
• Very Excellent and sharp analytical skills, communication skills & Excel skills
