Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Learning and development:

  • Learning need identification through PMS and Competency Matrix
  • Analyze domain wise learning needs
  • Prepare Learning calendar, release and implementation for the year
  • Ensure Competency Matrix Data Management for ISO Audit
  • Execute all Learning Interventions as per Business Need
  • Manage Technical Learnings along with Functions and maintain same in LMS
  • Execute Leadership Management for higher and middle management.

Learning Management System and Learning executions

  • Manage the Budget for L&D for Burckhardt India (BCIN)
  • Execute all the Learning activities on Learning Management System including but not limited to

-creation of all training items

-sending invitations to participant

-update participant information through HR portal

-single point of contact [SPOC] for the same

  • Plan and execute Learning evaluations and quarterly report out
  • Provide Audit support and data management for all the Learnings for BCIN
  • Maintain and achieve the Key Performance Indicators for Learning and share the MIS, Reports with the HR Managers for further reviews

Employee Engagement and BCIN Communication

  • Ensure Central Amber management, an AI based dynamic engagement tool and report out for the Management.
  • Drive the Communication charter for BCIN with planning of special events.
  • Strategize the Engagement Charter for BCIN
  • Manage Brand building and marketing of BCIN through BC Connect, Linkedin etc various channels and platforms.
  • Branding Projects internal and external through Campus Programs for Fresher hiring
  • Drive the internal employee magazine

New Joiner Connect

  • Deliver Induction Program for New Joiners about BCIN Information, Process Overview, Intranet Awareness viz BC Connect, BC Elements, LMS, ESS etc
  • Build employee experience through the Orientation Program once every 2 months
  • Engage with employees through the onboarding process using short surveys, Amber etc• To recommend course corrections to improve the overall onboarding experience.
  • Build touch points of 30-90-180 days through Amber for quick settling down of new joiners
  • Resolve concerns or queries raised by the new joiners beyond the onboarding process viz. policies, processes etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • Experience of minimum 10 years in HR domain - L&D , Employee Connect, Training co-ordinations, Audits, L&D vendor management.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing Leadership Development programs for Senior and middle management.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • Experience in using Success Factors will be an added advantage • Experience in using Success Factors LMS
  • Excellent editing and writing skills
  • Good oratory skills, self driven with speed for delivery
  • Good command over written & spoken English
  • Ability to plan mass communications email or verbal
