Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Organize training, development programs, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and support career development plans.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment data, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
