As an experienced Sales Professional in HR software sales, your role will be crucial in driving sales for the company. You should have a background in selling HR software like Zoho HR, Keka HR, or similar platforms, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients interested in HR software solutions. - Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of HR software to prospective customers. - Establish and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. - Create proposals, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales to achieve revenue goals. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. - Keep yourself updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: - Proven track record of selling HR software, including Zoho HR, Keka HR, or any HRMS solution. - Solid understanding of HR processes and HRMS solutions. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Capability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
