Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Initially Work From Home, later office at Hilite Business Park)

About the Role

Cipherbizz is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong Laravel expertise to join our growing team. You will work on building and maintaining scalable HRMS solutions for our global clients. Initially this role will be remote, and will later transition to our upcoming office in Hilite, Kozhikode.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain proper documentation for code and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP and strong knowledge of the Laravel framework.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and database design.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (experience with Vue.js or React is a plus).
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–5 years of hands-on Laravel development experience (open to junior, mid, or senior profiles).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
