Responsible for end-to-end implementation of HRMS/HR software solutions, including requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage HR software implementation projects.
Configure HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.).
Migrate and validate HR data; conduct UAT and resolve issues.
Deliver user training and create process documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and suggest system improvements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, BambooHR).
2–5 years of experience in HR tech implementation or HRIS administration.
Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
