Job Description

As an HR Software Implementation Specialist, your role involves the end-to-end implementation of HRMS/HR software solutions. This includes activities such as requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, training, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage HR software implementation projects effectively. - Migrate and validate HR data, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve any issues that may arise. - Deliver user training sessions and create process documentation for reference. - Provide post-implementation support to users and suggest system improvements for enhanced efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, BambooHR. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR tech implementation or HRIS administration. - Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - A Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field is required.,
