Position Summary
As an HR Shared Services Representative I, you will be responsible for supporting core HR processes and providing first-line assistance to employees across the organization. This role offers exposure to various HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and policy support.
Essential Duties
Basic Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
o Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
