3. Analytical & Reporting Skills

  • Uses HRIS platforms effectively to extract and analyze data.


4. Process Improvement & Governance


  • Ensures process consistency, identifies improvement areas, and maintains updated HR documentation.

  • Regularly updates SOPs, process descriptions, and work instructions.

  • Identifies inefficiencies and proposes process enhancements.

  • Ensures tasks adhere to defined process timelines and SLAs.

  • Understands the impact of process changes on service delivery.


5. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness


  • Ensures that HR operations comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

  • Monitors changes in employment laws and updates stakeholders.

  • Ensures documentation and records meet compliance standards.

  • Supports audits and provides required information promptly.

  • Applies compliance requirements consistently across cases.


6. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution


  • Investigates issues, provides solutions, and handles escalations effectively.

  • Responds quickly and calmly to escalations.

  • Identifies root causes and resolves issues with minimal supervision.

  • Recommends preventive actions to avoid repeat issues.

  • Balances policy adherence with practical solutions.

  • Communicates effectively with employees, managers, and client teams.

Technical Competencies

Technical Competencies

HRIS Proficiency

Hands-on experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent systems.

Ability to perform employee data updates, run reports, and maintain data accuracy.

HR Documentation

Skilled in preparing employment contracts, letters, reports, and process documents.

Maintains high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment & Hiring Practices

Experience across sourcing, screening, offers, and pre-employment checks.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Strong understanding of LOA, attendance, benefits, and employee queries.

Offboarding Processes

Knowledge of resignation handling, exit documentation, and process closure steps.

Experience Requirements


  • 6-8 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.



  • Client-facing HR experience or HR consulting exposure preferred.

  • Experience in global delivery environments (onshore/offshore).

  • Familiarity with regional employment laws and compliance frameworks.
