Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR operations or workforce administration.Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.________________________________________Preferred SkillsKnowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).

This role involves managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in workforce administration.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday TransactionsoProcess employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (hires, transfers, terminations, organizational changes).oMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.oAssist in troubleshooting Workday issues and escalate as needed.Data Management & ReportingoExtract and validate workforce data from Workday.oPrepare reports and summaries using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).oSupport HR teams with data analysis for decision-making.Compliance & QualityoPerform regular audits to ensure data integrity.oAdhere to data privacy and compliance standards.Operational SupportoRespond to queries from employees and HR partners.oCollaborate with team members to meet SLAs and service delivery goals.
