Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsEmployee Services - More into query/case managementThe design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

What are we looking for?
  • Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules.
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
  • Ensure LWI's are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates.
  • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate and document employee complaints, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Advise managers and HR partners on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee relations programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and employment standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
  • Provide high quality Tier 2 Employee Support Service with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and caller satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling inbound and outbound calls and email.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Strive and achieve SLA target and business outcome indicators defined by the client.
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
  • Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS.
  • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
  • Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed.
  • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
  • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent
  • Follow LWIs while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads.
  • Participate in Team building activities

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
