Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the HR function at our pharma formulation manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in pharma formulation manufacturing
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and training
The role requires strong expertise in handling blue-collar/manpower workforce, resolving grievances, ensuring discipline on the shop floor, and strengthening HR policies
The candidate should be able to drive employee productivity, manage IR-related issues, maintain compliance records, coordinate with plant heads, and implement best HR practices aligned with organizational goals
