HR Sales Executive

Job Description – HR Sales Executive Company: Flukesys Global Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Sales Executive with prior experience in HR/Staffing/Manpower sales. The role focuses on client acquisition and onboarding for our manpower outsourcing and payroll services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for manpower support, outsourcing, and payroll management services. Generate leads and build a pipeline through networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand manpower requirements and propose tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and business leaders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of manpower services. Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in HR outsourcing and staffing services. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in HR/Staffing/Manpower Sales (mandatory). Strong understanding of recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll services. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated with strong networking abilities.
