Job Description

Head Recruitment (Oswaal Books, Agra)

Experience: 5–10 years

We’re looking for a strategic recruitment leader who can build and run a powerhouse hiring engine for one of India’s fastest-growing education brands. Someone who can lead with data, mentor a young team, and make hiring faster, smarter, and more human.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
Build dashboards, track funnel metrics, and use data to improve hiring quality and reduce turnaround time.
Create talent pipelines for key roles and critical future skills.
Partner with leadership to forecast and plan talent needs.
Drive initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of solid recruitment experience, with at least
2 years in a team-lead or managerial role.
Proven record of using data and reports to make hiring decisions.
Ability to drive performance, motivate teams, and shorten the hiring life cycle.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
