Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, and providing training and support to new hires. The successful candidate will ensure a positive candidate experience and help build a diverse and talented workforce.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
