Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Male Candidate

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for bulk and volume hiring requirements
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
Maintain accurate recruitment data

Ensure
quick turnaround time (TAT)
for open positions
Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Qualification

Minimum
6 months of experience
in
bulk/volume hiring
Hands-on experience with
job portals
(Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS (preferred)
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
