Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  research on job roles

  , skills, and market trends to support various recruitment needs.
• Perform

  web-based searches

  across job portals, professional networks, forums, and databases to identify relevant talent.
• Support recruiters with

  candidate sourcing

  , screening, and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Understand and break down role requirements to identify suitable keywords, Boolean search terms, and sourcing strategies.
  
• Build and manage candidate lists, trackers, and reports to support hiring decisions.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

  IT skills, technologies, and job families

  (basic level).
• Assist in evaluating candidate profiles and validating their skills based on job criteria.
  
• Support recruitment documentation, hiring dashboards, and data-related tasks.
  
• Work with the team to explore new sourcing channels and research methodologies.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of

  recruitment processes

  and hiring workflows.
• Basic knowledge of

  IT skills and technical job roles

  (added advantage).
• Ability to perform effective

  web searches

  , data gathering, and online sourcing.
• Prior exposure to recruitment through

  internships, academic projects, or coursework

  .
• Good analytical thinking and ability to interpret job descriptions.
  
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
  
• Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining data (preferred).
