We are looking for two enthusiastic HR Recruitment Interns with an MBA in Human Resources or any UG from a recognized institution to join our team at Nulogic, Chennai. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end recruitment exposure, from talent sourcing to candidate onboarding, and develop strong people management and hiring skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support onboarding and induction of selected candidates
  • Partner with HR team to drive recruitment campaigns and hiring events
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements
  • Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in reference checks where applicable

Professional Requirement:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education & Qualifications:

  • Any UG/PG from a recognized institution
  • Preferred: MBA in Human Resources (Final Semester or Recently Graduated or 2024 pass - out)
