HR Recruiter(IT)

As an HR Recruiter (IT) at our company located in Indore (M.P), you will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and interviewing applicants for various roles within the organization. Your main duties will include conducting new recruit orientation meetings, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, and implementing employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee performance management procedures, develop HR policies in line with business guidelines and labor laws, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field. A master's degree would be considered a plus. Previous experience in HR positions, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred. You should possess a strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position, and the benefits include paid sick time.
