We are looking for a motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help our organization attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to source and evaluate candidates effectively, and a good understanding of the industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Understand the hiring requirements for different departments and roles.
✅ Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.✅ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.✅ Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.✅ Assist in drafting and publishing job advertisements in relevant media.✅ Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.✅ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).✔ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.✔ Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
