Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate database.
Support onboarding formalities and smooth joining process.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement activities and address day-to-day HR queries.
Requirements
34 years of relevant experience, primarily in recruitment.
Graduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
