Join Olivecloud Tech Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic digital marketing company that houses premium fashion brands like Priyuja Fashions and Albeli Fashions. These sub-brands specialize in women’s ethnic wear and have an established presence in Kolkata, Varanasi, and Mumbai.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding hiring requirements from team leaders or managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess fitment.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Assist in documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Post job advertisements and update careers page/social platforms.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Good to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Internship or college project experience in recruitment or HR.
