Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Handle incoming sales and purchase inquiries for sarees on WhatsApp.● Respond to customer queries promptly and in fluent English or Telegu● Share product images, details, prices etc● Follow up with potential buyers and ensure smooth order conversion.● Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for delivery updates.● Maintain records of chats, leads, and daily customer interactions.Requirements:● Excellent written communication in English or Telegu● Quick response time and proactive customer handling.● Basic knowledge of saree types and fabric (preferred).● Prior experience in online sales/chat support is a plus.

If you can speak in Telugu it is a plus, but not mandatory.
