Job Description

Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial interviews (telephonic or in-person) to evaluate qualifications and fit Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a good candidate experience Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding processes Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports for management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
