Job Description

The HR Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending job offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. As an HR Recruiter, you will also serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company as an employer of choice to potential candidates. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and will require a blend of administrative prowess, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking. Some of the key duties include sourcing and attracting talent by developing and posting compelling job descriptions on various platforms, proactively sourcing passive candidates, and representing the company at career fairs and recruitment events. In terms of screening and assessment, you will review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, and administer skills assessments. You will also coordinate further interviews with hiring managers. Throughout the interview and selection process, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all stages, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to make informed decisions. Your role will also involve extending job offers, negotiating terms of employment, overseeing the pre-employment background check process, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, and staying informed of recruiting trends and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as a recruiter. Essential skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, sourcing, negotiation, decision-making, tech-savvy, and attention to detail abilities. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position, and the ability to commute/relocate to Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh is preferred. A flexible schedule is offered as a benefit. Bachelor's degree is preferred as the educational background requirement. The work location is in person.,
