📋 Job Summary :- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing real estate business. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across sales, operations, and support roles. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong teams, we’d love to meet you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities :- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Draft and post compelling job advertisements across platforms Use social media, job boards, and referral networks to attract top talent Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires Participate in career fairs and local hiring events to promote employer brand 🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS tools and resume databases Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus FOR MORE DETAILS CALL HR PRATIK KOLHARKAR :- 9893338908
