HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & Management)

Location - Pune, On-site

Compensation- 40k Gross per month (4.8LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle full recruitment lifecycle for manpower requirements including sourcing candidates through job portals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
• Workforce Planning: Plan human resource requirements in consultation with department heads across all levels.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates from internal and external databases and networks.
• Employee Engagement Programs: Organize walk-in and mass interviews; arrange telephonic rounds for preliminary screening and conduct interviews for further shortlisting.
• Interview Coordination: Prepare offer letters and salary structures, track expected joiners, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Offer & Onboarding:
• Reference & Background Checks:Conduct thorough background verification for key positions.
• MIS Reporting:Provide MIS support related to recruitment cycles and attrition across all business units.
• Welcome meetings for new joiners including formal introductions.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys; analyze and prepare reports covering remuneration, working environment, benefits, and employee feedback.
• Organize team-building activities and games.
• Plan and execute internal and external company events.

MIS & Documentation

• Maintain employee data and ensure accurate MIS reporting.
• Track leave and attendance.
• Execute operational tasks to support smooth daily HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in HR recruitment or related roles.
• Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, and analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
