Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and result-driven HR Recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer finalization.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Understand hiring needs and role requirements in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability, communication, and skills.
• Maintain a structured candidate database and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
• Create strong employer branding through recruitment campaigns and timely communication.
• Coordinate with management for offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Track hiring performance, reduce turnaround time, and improve talent retention.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong understanding of various hiring channels and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of HR policies, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
