Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in West Delhi. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing data to ensure effective targeting, and collaborating with the digital marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing ad campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting strategies to optimize for conversions and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram .
• Good experience is running lead generation campaign
• Ability to create engaging sales funnel
• Skills in content management on all social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign performance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team in an on-site environment
