Roles and responsibilities:
Understanding Hiring Needs
Sourcing Candidates
· Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media (e.g., LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
· Approach recruitment agencies or consultants if required.
Screening & Shortlisting
· Review resumes and applications.
· Conduct initial screening via phone or video call to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
Scheduling Interviews
· Coordinate interview rounds between candidates and interview panels.
· Share feedback with candidates and keep them informed throughout the process.
Interview Coordination
· Arrange technical, HR, and final interviews.
· Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and feedback.
Onboarding Support
· Assist with documentation and induction planning.
· Coordinate with HR operations team for smooth joining.
